Do you guys calibrate safety systems or ADAS?
Yes, we calibrate all safety systems including: Lane Departure Warning System, Lane Keeping Assist System, Foward Collision Warning System, as well as many more.

Where do you provide mobile service?
On The Spot Auto Glass provides service to all of Long Island, New York.

What are your hours?
On The Spot Auto Glass is open Monday through Friday: 8am to 6pm and Saturday: 8am to 2pm. We're closed on Sundays.

Where is your shop located?
Our shop is located at 244 Middle Island Rd, Medford, NY, 11763.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
On The Spot Auto Glass offers a lifetime leak warranty on all windshields replaced by us.

Are your technicians certified?
Yes, all of our technicians are certified

We accept cash or credit cards.

Auto glass repair/replacement FAQ

Will you replace my stickers?
Yes, we will do our best to remove and reapply your stickers.

How can you tell if my windshield can be repaired?
If the damage on your windshield is smaller than a half dollar then it may be able to be repaired.

How long will my windshield replacement take?
Most of the time, windshield replacement takes less than an hour.

How long after installation can I drive my car?
It is safe to drive an hour after installation.
